Our Heavy Capacity Test Truck Unit to calibrate Truck Scales
To provide proper truck scale calibration, you need to perform a shift test with a test cart over each load cell on your truck scale, then perform a sectional test down the middle. At the end of your sectional calibration on your truck scale, you should have no more than a one graduation (weigh Increment) difference on any part on your truck scale platform. After this has been performed correctly, a build-up calibration is performed.
